From extensive programming and through a physical peeling back of layers of architectural intervention at the historic Mills Building, TSAO Design Group assisted this mechanical, electrical + plumbing engineering firm in redefining its physical environment to reflect its work process.

The end result is a stunning contrast of the historic container and the modern intervention designed to maximize flow, light and efficiency.
