TotalBank Brickell Branch

This award-winning TotalBank branch is 3,300 sqft with a 15 ft high ceiling in the public areas.
The design team was tasked with taking a small space, and creating a bank with a big impact. Major design elements included specialized lighting, increased exposure to the main building lobby, warm, welcoming finishes and energy efficiency.
Several key lighting elements were used in the branch. A 12 ft diameter elliptical crystal chandelier hangs in the main public space to not only provide a comfortable lighting level to conduct business, but also to accentuate the height of the space.
