Genentech Building 4 Cafeteria Remodel

For Genentech, TSAO DesignGroup prepared a feasibility report and analysis of the existing 10,000 s.f. dining facility. The project was initiated by Genentech’s desire to elevate and improve the function and aesthetics of the dining facility to match that of other campus facilities. In addition to a thorough programming and documentation phase, a Pricing Package was proposed for the renovation of the facility which included architectural design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications and food service with equipment upgrades.
