In collaboration with two other design firms, TSAO developed the new branch design, “kit of parts” standards including typical layouts, modular teller line, bulk purchase program and signage elements. Bank of America’s retail branch standards were developed to achieve lower branch development costs, higher consistency of customer experience and the creation of a retail environment to showcase new products and facilitate customer interaction. TSAO provided full architectural services from space planning through construction administration for over 100 branches.
