Aizia Restaurant - Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa

A warm sophistication and exotic flair describe the interior of Aizia restaurant. This project was designed in record time for a pre determined grand opening date.  Playing off the theme of fire/water/ice, the interiors reinforce the dramatic colors and sculptural presentation of the pan-Asian cuisine.  Large original artwork of Koi fish swim among Tatami VIP rooms, a bento box inspired side bar, a stage-like sushi prep area and the warm glow of bamboo lanterns hovering over the central bar.
