Jonathan Tsao
Jonathan Tsao is the founder of TSAO DesignGroup and managing principal of the firm’s San Francisco office. Influenced by the design work of Robert A. M. Stern, Charles Gwathmey and Romaldo Giurgola, Jonathan brings a distinct design signature to the work of the firm, which encompasses corporate, institutional and commercial buildings and their interiors. An active member of the American Institute of Architects, Jonathan is a registered architect in 30 states, holds certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and serves as a member of the boards for the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation and San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Jason Hagopian
Jason Hagopian is a principal of TSAO DesignGroup and established the firm’s office on the east cost in Miami Florida. Award winning designer, registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional, Jason has extensive experience in corporate, retail, institutional and residential projects throughout the United States, Canada, and South America. Jason’s leadership extends beyond his executive responsibilities as managing principal and includes active participation in the planning, design and production of projects. Under his direction, the firm was named a Top Minority Business in South Florida for two consecutive years by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and Jason was inducted into the Stars of Design 2007 by DCOTA, the Design Center of The Americas for his philanthropic support of underserved communities.

Mary Wang
Mary Wang joined TSAO DesignGroup as a Senior Project Manager with previous experience on a variety of retail, commercial and corporate interior projects. From staffing, scheduling, construction documentation and consultant coordination through agency review and construction administration, Mary’s affable nature, superior organization and communication and versatile skill set facilitates project success and client satisfaction throughout all phases of her projects.
Trained as an architect, Mary’s natural skills as a designer, combined with her understanding of key project issues and concerns is a value-add to all project teams.

Janie Coka
Janie Coka is an experienced Project Manager and interior designer. She has designed and developed interior space plans for Federated Department Stores, including Macy’s and Burdine’s, and other retail outlets nationwide. She has also coordinated various corporate interior and residential projects. Additionally, Janie brings to the TSAO team an advanced technical knowlege of AutoCAD and Photoshop.
